30-Day Return Policy – ArouselLube
At ArouselLube, your satisfaction is our priority. Unlike many other retailers, we understand that personal lubricants and intimacy products may need to be tried before you know if they're right for you. That’s why we proudly accept even used and opened packages within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

Used and opened packages are accepted – no need to keep the product sealed.

Products must have at least 50% of the original volume remaining for a full refund (less for partial refunds – see below).

How to Initiate a Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ArouselLube is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

For hygiene reasons, please seal used product containers in a plastic bag before shipping.
Refund Amounts Based on Usage

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
If you'd like to try a different product instead of a refund, follow the same return process. Once your return is accepted, we will issue store credit for the eligible refund amount (based on usage above), which you can use toward any product on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@arousellube.com with:
